Our web printing factory in Baarle-Nassau is the largest offset printing establishment in the Benelux and consists of coldset as well as heatset web presses. The various heatset machines are the latest models, ensuring optimal quality and high production speed. We have 8, 16, 24 and 32 page presses at our disposal and the capability to produce almost every product cost-efficiently. All presses are equipped with Color Control System and registration control, ensuring perfect results. Besides the heatset presses, there are also two coldset presses with 20 printing units and 2 folding units for tabloid-size newspapers. At our other locations you will find an additional 12 web presses, making it a grand total of 22 all together.

The sheetfed printing facility consists of three offset presses of ‘37 x 52’ cm and three ‘70 x 100’ presses. These machines all utilize a three-shift system to guarantee an optimal run. All presses are the latest models. The ‘70 x 100’ presses are equipped with a spectral indicator and prepress module for optimal production of the highest quality. At our other locations you will find an addtional three sheetfed presses.

Digital printing ensures a range of new possibilities in comparison to conventional printing, such as, online collating, numbering, personalization, unique barcodes and small print jobs. To accomplish these jobs, Offset Web Printing has a digital printing facility consisting of three presses with an A3 format and two large format presses. Our internal colour proof system adheres to the ISO 12647-2 norm, with profiles taking the type of paper and press into account.
If you choose to deliver your own colour proofs, first download our CMS tool (button below) and apply it to your proof. The proof can then be matched to the ISO profiles.

Normally, the proof along with the PDF document is delivered to us. If a calibrated colour proof isn’t available, and only the print or document is provided, you will automatically receive a colour proof.
For more information about our requirements for colour proofs, click on ‘colour management’ in the menu on the left. Once we receive your approval and colour proofs, printing will commence. In planning schedules (unless otherwise noted), the proof phase is eliminated as it takes extra time.
Please note: '.tiff' and '.eps' should be used for images using your own layout. When using DCS images, PDFs must be made using colour separation. All images are required to be 8 bits in grayscale or CMYK (not RGB).
